新創建旗下飛機租賃平台發ＡＢＳ出售１８架飛機，籌資逾５０億元 Jun 5th 2019, 09:25 《經濟通通訊社５日專訊》新創建（００６５９）宣布，其與周大福企業共同擁有的飛機租 賃平台ＧｏｓｈａｗｋＡｖｉａｔｉｏｎＬｉｍｉｔｅｄ，首次透過發行資產抵押證券組合 ，售出合共１８架飛機，在市場籌集６﹒４３６億美元（約５０﹒２億港元），出售所得資金將 撥作一般營運資金。 發行後，ＧｏｓｈａｗｋＭａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ（Ｉｒｅｌａｎｄ）Ｌｉｍｉｔｅｄ繼續 管理該１８架飛機，擔任服務及資產管理經理
